Culinary Team

Our Culinary team is a group of people who work together in a kitchen to prepare food for customers. The team is often made up of a supervisor, the various cooks, the front line personnel, and the clean up personnel. At times these positions may overlap, with one person taking up more than one role. The goal of the culinary team is to provide a pleasurable dining experience for customers by preparing high quality food. This usually means managing all aspects of food preparation and production in an environment that meets sanitation guidelines
